DE WILDCAT Autobiography Ravi Persad aka "De Wildcat" was raised in the culturally rich borough of Point Fortin, Trinidad.  He was born to Krishna and Sunita Persad on February 5th, 1982.  As a youth, growing up, De Wildcat took a special intrest in composing and formulating his own style of reggae.  However, his career really took off, when he moved to South Florida and became one of the lead singers in the renowned band, Universal Rhythms.  Today, the Wildcat is currently composing and producing his own Cd. His musical talents has been compared to Jamaican legend and his own persoanl hero, Supercat.  When he performs, his energy hypes the crowd, and leaves the audiences throughout South Florida phening for more.....His goal is to introduce a new element of reggae and since he is the one that de gyals dem requesti'm sure in 2003 De Wildcat will have no problem doing that!!
